Susan was invited to attend a knowledge transfer seminar, organised by Cradles of European Culture: Francia Media and CLUE Research Institute in Amsterdam, and to run a workshop on Humour in heritage dissemination.
This was a really stimulating and enjoyable event, which included other sessions on circular storytelling and an in-depth look at gamification.
