For a company called TellTale, writing a toolkit on Storytelling Interpretation is just brilliant. Writing for Ireland’s Ancient East, a tourism proposition based on stories, is even better.

We are very pleased with A Toolkit for Storytelling Interpretation. It brings together the lessons we learned from mentoring the first 25 attractions in Ireland’s Ancient East that were awarded Failte Ireland development grants. It contains new material on: how storytelling is different from reciting history, how storytelling techniques can be used to create compelling experiences, and storytelling in different media. It will be used by heritage attractions and tourism businesses.
