… when our roles feel like being a catalyst (which just sets a whole new dynamic reaction in motion)
… when we have the opportunity to stay around to help plans get put into practice
Just now we are loving working with the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust on Engagement Master Planning for all those reasons.
(The fact I have an abiding passion for wild geese is just an added bonus.)
