MAIA Conference, Perth, Western Australia November 2011 – keynote highnotes

Well, that was a blast! I am now fully confident that my adrenal glands are still fully functional and have discovered that giving a keynote gives me the sort of terrors before and rush afterwards that I usually associate with roller coasters.

Thank you to everyone who was so enthusiastic about my talk, especially those of you who came to talk to me or wrote to me afterwards. And as for all those great comments on Twitter – that was so fab – I loved being called ‘heroic’ and  ‘a legend’ – everyone should be told that once in their life. It’s another great buzz.

You can read edited highlights of  what I said here and here.  A printable version of the whole paper may eventually be appearing on the Museums Australia, Interpretation Australia or even TellTale websites.
