Irthlingborough Lakes and Meadows are important for wildlife. Local people use these restored gravel pits for cycling, dog-walking, fishing and other leisure activities. Our proposals outlined how the Wildlife Trust could work with the concerns and interests of local people to manage unwanted activities and secure a viable future for the site.

We created an Interpretation Plan for the South Down’s Heathlands Reunited Landscape Area Partnership Project’s Heritage Lottery Fund bid.
