We work with people to help them develop exceptional visitor experience and communication skills. This often happens during a period of change in the organisation where staff need to develop new skills quickly. It may be linked to other work with us like developing new interpretation or improving the visitor experience.

Mentoring for key staff

 52 2

We offer powerful one-to-one mentoring and coaching in interpretation and/or visitor experience management.

We offer mentoring in visitor experience development, interpretation planning, communication tools and techniques, writing for the public, project management, working with contractors, evaluation, staff training … and more.

Please contact us if you or a member of your staff might benefit from mentoring.

Staff Training

17 4

Nowadays most of our training is bespoke in-house training. We work with organisations like RSPB, English Heritage, Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust and Forestry Commission Scotland and attractions like the National Memorial Arboretum and the RAF Museum.

We run a few open courses. In the UK these are usually at Plas Tan y Bwlch, the Snowdonia National Park Study Centre. In Ireland and Australia we have run open courses for heritage attraction managers organised by the national or state tourism organisations.

Please contact us if you would like to book us for a course or come on one of our open courses.
